of liVe and lOVe which i’d planted 28 years ago in Udaipur and honoured him When the the artist village Shilpgram was in in the the process of being planned for the the West Zone Cultural centre of Udaipur i i i i i i had the the chance to visit it it in april 1988 adithi Mehta was the the then director in charge When i i i i i i met her she had asked me to also plant a a a a a tree there for the the good luck of this upcoming village Of course i agreed Today Shilpgram is a a a a a a a a a a Uge blossoming art-village with many international art art and sculpture camps exhibitions lm and and music festivals theatre shows and and it it has been my my good luck to plant my my very rst “Tree of Life” here 143
